Milan Fashion Club is now in its second edition – a series of events dedicated to the up-in-coming international brands selected by the agencies Blank and 24 PR & Events, that created the project. Presentations, shows and live performances will take place during the milanese Fashion Week.

The MFC Official Pop-Up Store will be settled in the heart of Brera, in Corso Garibaldi 46, from 17 to 23 february – there, clothes and accessories created by young talents (a selection made by the creative director Elif Resitoglu) can be discovered and bought, beside a showroom dedicated to clients and buyers. Attention Crochet Annoying is the collection made by the Italian designer Ambra Castello, who reproduces pieces from the catalogue according to clients’ needs – a message against the phenomenon of overproduction. Steven Blanco, from Holland, is a brand that inserts works of art on washable garments. Spanish designer Fatima Romero, with her motto No doors, No limits, underlines the value of versatility – there’s no limit imposed by generation or age. In addition, here are the sustainable headdresses of Urban Rains, the Lebanese brand ATBEIRUT, the Brazilian jewelry designer Elisa Parpinelli and AASSTTIINN, an aggregator of young Iranian talents based in Tehran (with e-commerce and point of sale in the area). At the same address, the temporary store of eiDesign promotes Spanish and Latin American design in Italy. In via Carlo Torre 28, inside the Wonderloft, an installation by Sicilian designer Federica Cristaudo is displayed – who will present her new collection of accessories made with experimental meterials.

The MFC Fashion Show will be held in via Piero della Francesca, 55 at the FiftyFive, on Wednesday 19. The Turkish brand Bashaques will present its seventh The Truth 2 collection with a theatrical show that mixes multiple disciplines to criticize the false behaviors of the fashion system. Steven Blanco will present his Billions od faces but in the end we are all the same collection with a live painting by artist Bcy Marques. Spanish designer Irene Marqueta goes wild with her Vonlippe, while the performer Daria Fisher – a young Russian singer and violinist, dressed for the occasion by the designer Fatima Ropero –, offers a musical journey mixing techno, ambient and electronics.
